Validation UPLC-MS/MS Multi-method

In February 2010 the above project was rounded off with the publication of the validation report. Within the space of about ½ years a method had been set up, optimised, validated and reported. By using an alternative system configuration it was possible to realise the aim of analysing relatively “strong” non-polar liquids directly on a reversed-phase UPLC column. Read more »



Kenya-DDT-Method-development

Commissioned by a large international non-profit research institute, we developed a GC-MS method for analysing DDT in soil samples. The customer wanted to measure the concentrations of each DDT, DDD and DDE isomer separately. This meant that a straightforward report on the total DDT content would not suffice. Read more »



SANCO/10684/2009 data processing

In many laboratories the data processing software of the analysis equipment is unable to quantify measurement results in the desired way. Another frequent bottleneck is the cumbersome transferral of analysis results from (various) instruments to the LIMS data system being used. In many cases analysis results are still being fed into a LIMS system manually. Read more »
