We helped a contract laboratory in Spain to choose an appropriate UPLC-MS/MS line. Working in close cooperation with the customer we set up several demonstrations, which were then evaluated. The outcomes provided a sound basis for choosing a line best suited to meet their specific demands.

KAIN coordinated the setting up of an analytical laboratory in Turkey for one of her customers. Activities started in February 2009 with the design of a floor plan and putting the necessary infrastructure in place. Key criteria here were compliance with ISO 17025, safety for the analysts, and efficiency of the workflow. Read more »
