Validation UPLC-MS/MS Multi-method

In February 2010 the above project was rounded off with the publication of the validation report. Within the space of about ½ years a method had been set up, optimised, validated and reported. By using an alternative system configuration it was possible to realise the aim of analysing relatively “strong” non-polar liquids directly on a reversed-phase UPLC column. Read more »



SCREAM – Screening Accelerated Mode

On a basis of secrecy, consultations were held with a Dutch instrument firm. The objective was potential exploitation of the so-called SCREAM model. Without going into the basic principles behind the method, SCREAM successfully eliminates the chromatographic separation step without any loss of precision. Read more »
